Im Inneren des Friedhofs befindet sich die Kapelle. Sie besteht aus drei gro\u00dfen Marmorwandkarten. Die Namen von 463 nie gefundenen Soldaten sind auf der Au\u00dfenseite des Denkmals eingraviert. Die Abzeichen der wichtigsten amerikanischen Einheiten, die in Nordosteuropa k\u00e4mpften, sind ebenfalls als Mosaik dargestellt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein Geschenk an die Vereinigten Staaten<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf dem Amerikanischen Friedhof in den Ardennen liegen zum Beispiel 5328 Amerikaner, die im Zweiten Weltkrieg gefallen sind, 65 % davon waren Flieger der US Air Force. Ihre Grabsteine sind wie ein griechisches Kreuz angeordnet.
