Dankzij hem en zijn netwerk zijn vele kinderen kunnen ontsnappen aan de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.landofmemory.eu\/nl\/holocaust-herdenkingsdag\/\"><strong>deportatie<\/strong><\/a> en de dood. De kinderen werden ondergebracht op het platteland in religieuze instellingen of bij families.
