Deze route werd uitgewerkt om deze vaak vergeten heldendaden in herinnering te brengen en te herdenken. Wie het pad volgt kan zich de zware moeilijkheden en avonturen van de oorlogsdagen voorstellen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn twee routes. Elke route begint bij het station van Troisvierges. De noordelijke lus onderzoekt de grenzen die door de smokkelaars werden gebruikt, en de zuidelijke lus vertelt het verhaal van het verzet in het dorp Sassel. Die zuidelijke lus leidt langs het Auschwitz-monument bij het klooster van Cinqfontaines. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2020 vernieuwde de gemeente alle panelen waarmee je de dagelijkse werkelijkheid van de smokkelaars tot in de kleinste details kunt volgen. Een pad dat de geschiedenis tot leven brengt en waar je in de voetsporen van deze helden
