Le Centre Mondial de la Paix, Des Libertés et des Droits de l
The World Peace Center is located in the magnificent Episcopal Palace of Verdun. It's a site for numerous events on the theme of peace, freedom, and human rights. Symposiums, conferences, exhibitions- everything is designed to encourage young and old to question past and present geopolitical dynamics.

After the War, the Republic

Whether you are a fan of geopolitics or interested in learning more about current convergences and divergences, the World Peace Center is a place for the curious.

From June 1, 2021, until the end of the year, the free exhibition “After the War, the Republic” reveals all the secrets of the Weimar Republic. This unique exhibition traces the history of the regime that was born in Germany after the First World War. So often relegated to the background, the exhibit teaches us more about the period between the two wars.

We invite you to take a look at the program of events. There are many fascinating lectures and meetings organized there!
